I am trained in different modalities of therapies such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, brief psychodynamic therapy, client-centered approach, etc., which I majorly customize and integrate according to the needs of the client. I believe in providing a safe space for the client and collaborating with them to overcome their problems and enhance their psychological well-being. I specialize in but not limited to working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. I am also trained in relationship and marital counseling. As a clinical psychologist, I aim to enhance the psychological resilience of the present and future self of the client.
