As a counseling psychologist I strive to create safe supportive and non judgmental spaces for clients. I also bring with me experience of working in the corporate living and adjusting in different countries and interacting with diverse groups of people. I am a good listener and take a client centered approach collaborating with clients and working at their pace to achieve their goals. I believe that therapy is a gradual process that requires consistency and confronting life s challenges head-on rather than avoiding them. This leads to the processing of emotions understanding situations exploring values and facilitating growth and healing. My therapeutic approach is eclectic primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques with a trauma informed lens. I work with clients needing support in managing anxiety depression lack of motivation and work or study-related stress. I trust in people s innate abilities and their resilience for change.
