I have been struggling with anxiety and depression for as long as I can remember. I have tried everything from medication to therapy, but nothing seemed to work. I was feeling hopeless and lost. Then, I found Ms. Muskan through HopeQure. She was the first therapist who really listened to me and understood my struggles. She helped me develop coping mechanisms and strategies for managing my anxiety and depression. I am so grateful for his help. I am now able to live a happy and fulfilling life.

The client was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and major depressive disorder. She was treated with a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness meditation. CBT helped the identify and challenge her negative thoughts and behaviors. Mindfulness meditation helped her reduce stress and increase relaxation.
