Professional statement
I am Akanksha, a counselling psychologist passionate about supporting individuals through their emotional and psychological challenges. I specialize in working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress managment, panic issues, child and relationship counselling. My theraputic approach is eclectic primarily utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) allowing me to talior sessions to each individuals unique needs. I integrate techniques from mindfulness, person centered therapy and solution focused therapy to create a safe, empathetic and non judgmental space.
