                                                    My journey into the field of psychology has been shaped by a deep-seated belief that mental health is the cornerstone of human flourishing. With a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and advanced training in dementia care from Harvard University, I have dedicated my career to understanding the complexities of the human mind and offering evidence-based, compassionate support to those navigating psychological challenges.
From a young age, I was drawn to the intricacies of human behavior, particularly in children. I believe that early intervention holds the power to reshape lives, and this conviction has guided my work across diverse populations and age groups. Whether conducting psychometric assessments, administering IQ evaluations, or offering cognitive behavioural therapy, my approach is always rooted in empathy, clarity, and a strong therapeutic alliance.
Over the years, I have developed a keen interest in psycho-diagnostic evaluations, personality assessments, and emotional-behavioral counselling. My academic and clinical pursuits have been complemented by authorship—most recently through my book, Masterstrokes: Transformative Moments in Mental Health and Therapy, which reflects both my professional insights and my commitment to mental health awareness and psychoeducation.
