Professional statement
If you are feeling stuck in repeated relationship conflicts, struggling with communication in your marriage, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed after a breakup, you are not alone. Many individuals and couples go through these challenges, and the right support can help you understand what is happening and find healthier ways to move forward. I provide relationship counselling, couple therapy, marriage counselling, and clinical counselling for individuals, couples, and families who are navigating emotional or relationship difficulties.
I am an RCI Licensed Psychologist with over 11 years of clinical experience, supporting people through relationship concerns, emotional stress, and personal challenges. My aim is to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences while working toward emotional clarity and healthier relationships.
Many clients seek counselling when they experience frequent relationship conflicts, communication difficulties with their partner, emotional distance in marriage, trust concerns, breakup distress, family conflicts, or relationship anxiety and overthinking. I also support individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress and burnout, anger management issues, and self-esteem concerns. My work focuses on helping clients understand emotional patterns, improve communication, and develop practical coping strategies that strengthen relationships and overall well-being.
In the first session, we focus on understanding your concerns and your relationship or emotional situation. Together we begin exploring practical ways to improve communication, manage stress, and build healthier emotional patterns. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), adapting therapy to each person’s needs.
Many clients experience better communication in their relationships, reduced conflicts, greater emotional awareness, and stronger connections with loved ones through counselling. If you are facing relationship challenges or emotional stress, therapy can help you gain clarity, emotional balance, and healthier relationships.
