  • Writing assessment-based session notes

4. In-Depth Case Discussions & Conceptualization (20 hours)

  • Reading client narratives for patterns, cycles & emotional themes
  • Identifying defenses, coping mechanisms & emotional roots
  • Case formulation templates used by therapists
  • Hypothesis building: what’s really happening?
  • Applying CBT, PCT & psychodynamic insights
  • Live case breakdowns (recorded + anonymized)

5. Integrating Types of Therapy in Sessions (15 hours)

  • When to use CBT, person-centered, inner-child work
  • Switching approaches during a session
  • Creating session flow maps
  • Emotional mapping & parts-based understanding
  • Micro-interventions for anxiety, relationships & self-worth

6. Guided Intervention Techniques & Planning (15 hours)

7. Therapy Role-Play Simulations (15 hours)

8. Shadowing Real Therapy Sessions (15 hours)
