Overcome substance use

The fact that teenage years are of ‘roller coaster phase’ of one’s life cannot be denied. The ride involves bodily changes, ever changing interests and desires, sexual maturity, increased energy, rebellious behaviour and what not.

  1. Need to stand out: This refers to establishing an identity of your own, be independent and autonomous.

  • Increased secrecy
