What HopeQure AI does — and where it stops
Listens in your language, suggests the closest self-assessment, finds a specialist in the right category with their next opening, drafts a two-week care plan of small specific actions, reads an uploaded lab report or prescription in plain words, and sets up a follow-up so someone checks in. Everything it suggests leads to a real person on HopeQure.
It never diagnoses, never names a condition you did not, never prescribes or names medicines, and never tells you a report is "fine" or "bad" — it tells you what the numbers are and that a doctor interprets them. If anything suggests danger, it stops and shows the crisis line first.
How a conversation usually goes
- 1You share what's going on
- 2HopeQure AI suggests next steps
- 3You take a test or book an expert
- 4Get a care plan & follow-up
You say what's been happening — "not sleeping, anxious before work, three weeks now". It reflects that back, suggests the GAD-7 anxiety screen (two minutes), and shows counselling psychologists with an opening today. You take the test or book straight away, or ask for a plan: it writes five small things for the next two weeks and asks when to check in. Upload a report at any point and it explains it. Nothing here is saved unless you set up that follow-up or a call back.
Questions people ask
View all FAQs →Is HopeQure AI a doctor?
No. It helps you find your way — which self-assessment fits, which kind of specialist to see, what a report says in plain language, what small steps to take this week. Diagnosis, prescriptions and treatment come from HopeQure's clinicians.
What can I upload?
A PDF or a photo (JPG/PNG) of a lab report, prescription or scan summary, up to 8 MB. It is read in memory and discarded — nothing is stored, and the file is never attached to your name.
How does booking work?
Tell it what you need and it shows specialists in that category with their next real opening. Tap Book to choose the slot, or say 'book for me' and a coordinator does it with you on a call.
What is a care plan here?
Three to five small, specific actions for the next two weeks based on what you described — sleep, movement, a conversation, an assessment — with a follow-up check-in on a day you choose. A clinician can turn it into a full treatment plan after a first session.
Is it private?
Nothing you type is saved unless you set up a follow-up or a call back, and then only your name, number and the summary you saw. It is never shared with an employer, even on a company plan.
What if I am in crisis?
The assistant stops and shows Tele-MANAS 14416 (free, 24×7) and a same-day call-back. Please use those before anything else.
