My journey into the field of psychology has been shaped by a deep-seated belief that mental health is the cornerstone of human flourishing. With a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and advanced training in dementia care from Harvard University, I have dedicated my career to understanding the complexities of the human mind and offering evidence-based, compassionate support to those navigating psychological challenges. From a young age, I was drawn to the intricacies of human behavior, particularly in children. I believe that early intervention holds the power to reshape lives, and this conviction has guided my work across diverse populations and age groups. Whether conducting psychometric assessments, administering IQ evaluations, or offering cognitive behavioural therapy, my approach is always rooted in empathy, clarity, and a strong therapeutic alliance. Over the years, I have developed a keen interest in psycho-diagnostic evaluations, personality assessments, and emotional-behavioral counselling. My academic and clinical pursuits have been complemented by authorship—most recently through my book, Masterstrokes: Transformative Moments in Mental Health and Therapy, which reflects both my professional insights and my commitment to mental health awareness and psychoeducation. As a lifelong learner and practitioner, I am continuously inspired by the resilience of the human spirit. I remain devoted

Good to know
Frequently asked questions
Is online therapy as effective as meeting in person?
For most common concerns, research consistently finds online sessions as effective as face to face. Some situations do need in-person care, and your expert will tell you directly if that's the case rather than continuing regardless.
Is what I say confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private between you and your expert, and your notes are encrypted. The limited exceptions are the ones every clinician works under — a serious risk to your life or someone else's, or a court order.
What if this expert isn't the right fit?
Tell us and we'll match you with someone else. Fit matters more than credentials in therapy, and it's a normal thing to change early on — you don't need to justify it.
Do I need a diagnosis to book?
No. Most people book because something isn't working, not because they've been diagnosed with anything.
What do I need for the session?
A private space, a stable connection, and headphones if others are around. Nothing to install — the session opens in your browser.
