Overthinking patterns and people pleasing tendencies can often feel confusing and frustrating, especially when we are not sure where they are coming from or how to change them. I work with individuals to help them understand the roots of these patterns and gradually move towards healthier, more balanced ways of coping. Building self-awareness is a key part of this process—it helps in identifying how past experiences and relationships may be shaping current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also work extensively with relationship concerns, including feeling unheard or unseen, managing conflicts, improving communication, and understanding attachment patterns that may be impacting your connections. My approach is integrative, drawing from therapies such as CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), depending on your unique needs and where you are in your therapeutic journey. I also incorporate a trauma-informed lens to help you make sense of overwhelming or unexplained triggers that may stem from difficult past experiences. In our work together, you can expect a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your concerns openly. At times, I may be gently direct to help you challenge patterns that are no longer serving you. The goal is to support you in understanding yourself more deeply, so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and a sense of ease with who you are.

If you don't join
Your expert waits 15 minutes. After that the session is marked as attended and charged — so please message us if something has gone wrong. We'd rather reschedule than charge you for nothing.

Good to know
Frequently asked questions
Is online therapy as effective as meeting in person?
For most common concerns, research consistently finds online sessions as effective as face to face. Some situations do need in-person care, and your expert will tell you directly if that's the case rather than continuing regardless.
Is what I say confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private between you and your expert, and your notes are encrypted. The limited exceptions are the ones every clinician works under — a serious risk to your life or someone else's, or a court order.
What if this expert isn't the right fit?
Tell us and we'll match you with someone else. Fit matters more than credentials in therapy, and it's a normal thing to change early on — you don't need to justify it.
Do I need a diagnosis to book?
No. Most people book because something isn't working, not because they've been diagnosed with anything.
What do I need for the session?
A private space, a stable connection, and headphones if others are around. Nothing to install — the session opens in your browser.
